| REMINDER TO ALL BCSA REGISTERED REFEREES |
As of August 1, 2007 the British Columbia Soccer Association has implemented in BC the standards which have been mandated by the Canadian Soccer Association, regarding the NEW Nation-wide Referee Development Program. This program has been gradually introduced into all levels of refereeing across British Columbia and we are very pleased to announce that this program has been fully integrated as of April 1, 2008.
Important Notes:
- All BCSA Referees, regardless of the season in which with officiate or the region / location in which they live, must re-register for the April 1, 2008 to April 1, 2009 year, however;
- New Referees that have attended and passed the Entry Level Referee Clinic within the last 8 months do not need to re-register because they are automatically registered with the Association until March 31, 2009;
- Only those referees that have attended a 2007-2008 BCSA Referee Refresher Clinic (August 2007 through to now) may re-register.
