Throughout the year the British Columbia Soccer Association's Staff Coaches and Provincial Teams Program Coaches are responsible for scouting, evaluating, training, and the final selection of players for the Provincial Teams Program from the Under 13 to Under 16 age groups. The final selection of players for all age groups is conducted through the following:
1) Club team scouting
2) District Development Centre monitoring program
3) Evaluation Camps
4) BCSA / CSA – National training Centre (West) Program
5) Player recommendations
