All Referees, new and returning, must register with the British Columbia Soccer Association on an annual basis.
As part of the NEW CSA / BCSA Referee Development Program, effective August 1-07, all Referees are to be registered for the same annual cycle (April 1 thorugh March 31 each year.
All NEW referees are only able to register if they have attended and passed an Entry Level Referee Clinic. All RETURNING referees are only able to re-register if they have attended an Annual Referee Refresher Clinic.
Annual Referee Registration Fees are as follows:
Youth Referee (Class 4) - $50.00
District Referee (Class 3) - $50.00
Regional Referee (Class 2) - $50.00
Provincial Referee (Class 1) - $50.00
Nominated National - $50.00
Honourary National - $50.00
National - $50.00
FIFA - $50.00

- Current Referee Classification
- Referee ID Number
- First and Last Name
- Full Mailing Address (including postal code)
- Home Telephone
- E-mail Address
- Birthday
- Gender
- Refereeing District
- State if new or renewing referee
