General Regulations for BCSA Officials Referees of all classifications must comply with the British Columbia Soccer Association regulations relating to referees and the code of ethics. These regulations comply with the Canadian Soccer Association’s “Regulations for the Registration and Control of Referees”, which are upheld by the British Columbia Soccer Referee Development Committee and Referee Department Staff. Dear BCSA Officials, On behalf of the British Columbia Soccer Association, we would like to congratulate and thank you for your ongoing efforts to develop and expand your knowledge and skills in refereeing.  This document briefly outlines the British Columbia Soccer Association’s Referee Rules and Regulations as we integrate with the “new” Canadian Soccer Association’s “Regulations for the Registration and Control of Referees”.  It is our intention to be in full compliance with our national governing body.
