Annual General Meeting

In this section, we’ll post the latest information on the next upcoming AGM, outcomes of previous AGMs, the application process for BC Soccer's Board of Directors for Elections, along with the most recent rules, regulations and by-law amendments, and an archive of past AGM activity.

BC Soccer’s next AGM will be held on November 4, 2023 at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront located at 1133 Hastings St W, Vancouver, BC, V6E 3T3.

Election of Officers: The BC Soccer Board of Directors consists of fourteen (14) Directors, including the President. After the 2023 AGM, the Board of Directors will consist of 13. After the 2024 AGM, the Board will consist of 12 Directors and 11 after the 2025 AGM.

The following positions are open for nominations:

  • President (3-year term)
  • 2 Directors at Large (3-year terms)
  • Treasurer (4-year term)

Nominations to the BC Soccer Board of Directors are accepted until September 5th, 2023.

To propose an amendment to BC Soccer’s by-laws, you can submit a completed proposed amendment form, and send it to our Manager of Member Services.
