Club Licensing Program

In 2016, BC Soccer introduced its free Club Charter Program designed to assist and support members (full and associate) and affiliated soccer clubs meet set standards. Since 2019 the program has been transitioning to better align and support Canada Soccer's Club Licensing Program.

BC Soccer continues to work through the transition and in doing so has been providing updates to members and affiliated clubs. We thank the members and clubs for their support and commitment to help create better environments for soccer across BC. Ultimately, Club Licensing is design to improve the soccer environments and organizations at the local levels to help all involved have a positive soccer experience.

Club Licensing Program Levels

There are four levels to the Club Licensing Program with "Quality Soccer Provider" being the entry-level for all affiliated soccer clubs in BC. The middle two levels are Member Association Level 1 (MA ) and Member Association 2 (MA 2), with the highest level being the National Youth Club License.
