What are the benefits of membership?

There are many benefits for joining and being a part of the BC Soccer family, from participating in provincial cups, to education course, to grassroots initiatives, to comprehensive insurance coverage and player development programs and opportunities.

There are a number of different categories for member organizations / association is join with varying fees depending on category.

What are the costs for the various services BC Soccer provide?

Any costs associated with being a member, including fees for service (i.e. cost to attend a coaching course) can be found on our fee schedule which is approved annually by the voting membership. 

What do I do if I want to travel outside of BC with my team to play matches or attend a tournament?

All registered teams must complete a travel application form prior to departure.  See the link for the form which includes the required approval process, along with applicable fees.

How do I host a sanctioned tournament?

All member organizations who are hosting a tournament must complete and submit to BC Soccer tournament sanctioning form.  

All non-affiliated organizations who wish to host a sanctioned tournament must complete the Event Permit form. 

Where can I find a list of the entire sanctioned tournaments in BC?

All tournaments that are being facilitated by any member organization of BC Soccer is posted on our "BC Sanctioned Tournaments" page.

How does a registered participant make an insurance claim?

Details of the policy and claim form are located on our "Insurance" page.

Where can I find information on player permits, player transfers, player reinstatements, etc.?
