Vancouver City Council Unanimously Votes in Favor of Vancouver being a Host City for the 2026 FIFA World Cup if the United Bid from Canada, USA and Mexico is Successful



Vancouver BC January 30, 2018
-  The City of Vancouver has officially voted to continue to move forward in the FIFA 2026 Men’s World Cup Bid as a host city.  Currently Vancouver has been chosen as one of four Canadian Cities in the joint bid (Mexico, USA, Canada) to host matches and today the city has voted in favor of continuing the bid process in hopes of officially becoming one of the Canadian cities to host matches.

January 25, 2018 Vancouver BC - BC Soccer congratulates Christine Sinclair on her appointment as an Officer of the Order of Canada. Christine Sinclair has been an inspiration for young British Columbian soccer players for more than 17 years as a Canada Soccer National Team player. Her passion for the game, incredible talent, and humble nature have also inspired players all across the globe.

BC Soccer Provincial Program Phase 2 Selections

Congrautlations to all of the players selected to the 2017 Provincial Program

Vancouver BC, January 8 2018 – The 2017 BC Soccer Provincial Program Phase 2 wrapped up with camps and matches at Empire Fields in Vancouver from November 13 - November 27. BC Soccer would like to congratulate the players and coaches who were selected to take part in Phase 2 of the program.
