BC Soccer and TSS Resolve Legal Action

Sportstown B.C. Holdings LTD and Total Soccer Systems (TSS) v. British Columbia Soccer Association

Vancouver, BC December 15, 2016 – BC Soccer is pleased to advise the membership that the Association and TSS have reached a resolution of the claims made by TSS against BC Soccer and the legal action has been dismissed by consent of the parties.

The separate claims made by Sportstown B.C. Holdings Ltd. against BC Soccer were dismissed by the order of Mr. Justice Sigurdson of the B.C. Supreme Court on November 5, 2013 with costs awarded to BC Soccer (see previous release on that ruling – click here to view).

BC Soccer will not be making any further comments on this issue.
