BC Soccer is pleased to provide to the members the 2014 Proposed Bylaw and Rule Amendments

Attention BC Soccer Members,

In addition to send this our via e-mail, BC Soccer is pleased to provide the 2014 Proposed Bylaw and Rule Amendments that will be considered by the Full Members of the Association at this year’s Annual General Meeting.

As the Association work toward completing BC Soccer’s strategic plan objective of reviewing and updating the Rules and Regulations, over the last 6 to 8 months BC Soccer has been reviewing the BC Soccer rules and regulations along with the bylaws from the perspective of putting forward appropriate amendments to clean-up items to reflect current practice, remove duplication (housekeeping) and assist with improving understanding.  Based on this work, this year’s proposed amendments are being presented slightly different than in years past.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 2014 Proposed Amendments document outlines the Proposed Bylaw Amendments, Rule Changes Requiring Ratification, and proposed Rule Amendments.  Please note as part of the clean-up mentioned previously BC Soccer has categorized a number of amendments as housekeeping which we are pleased to provide for the members’ consideration in appendix A and B in a tracked changes format.  Housekeeping amendments are being presented in a grouped format.
