As the Association work toward completing BC Soccer’s strategic plan objective of reviewing and updating the Rules and Regulations, over the last 6 to 8 months BC Soccer has been reviewing the BC Soccer rules and regulations along with the bylaws from the perspective of putting forward appropriate amendments to clean-up items to reflect current practice, remove duplication (housekeeping) and assist with improving understanding.  Based on this work, this year’s proposed amendments are being presented slightly different than in years past.
