BC Soccer shares individual training exercises for U15 players and older

The Physical Training Plan has been designed in consultation with the Canadian Sports Institute

BC Soccer is pleased to increase its inventory of individual development activities by adding Strength, Speed and Endurance exercises to registered players aged U15 and older.  

The focus is to provide players with a number of physical exercises that can be performed at home during their off season to assist players in maintaining and improving their physical fitness in preparation for the start of the season.

The training plan is designed as a six week program, which includes exercises for agility, conditioning, speed and strength and are presented in video format with guidance on how and when to implement these exercises.
