Referee Annual Registration is due!

Vancouver, BC: BC Soccer wants to remind all referees in BC that the registration season for referees in BC (and Canada) is April 1 to March 31.  Registration for the upcoming season is now open and must be completed prior to March 31, 2013. in order to remain a Registered Referee.

As a referee, to be eligible to register for this season you must either be;

    1.  A returning referee who has attended (or will attend) a Refresher Clinic between August 15, 2012 and August 14, 2013.  Please note, if you have not yet attended your Refresher Clinic, you will need to do so before you are eligible to complete your annual registration , or

    2.  A new referee who has successfully passed the Entry level Referee Clinic within the same timeframe*.

*Referees who attended and successfully completed the Entry Level Clinic after January 1, 2013, received their first year’s registration free.

If you are eligible to register for this season, please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

    1.  Log in to your Ref Centre account at  If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘forgot password’ link to have it emailed to you

    2.  Go to ‘Registration’ then ‘Register Now’ and follow the prompts to complete your registration and pay online.

If you’re not currently a referee and are 14 years or older, your first step to becoming a qualified, certified and registered referee with BC Soccer is to attend an Entry Level Referee Clinic.

Ref Centre

The new Ref Centre will provide online services to manage BC Soccer's referee procedures, including annual registration, clinic management, match officials’ assignment, assessments and fitness test management. E2E Soccer has similar online software solutions, which have already been successfully deployed with the provincial soccer associations of Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan.
