The Canada Soccer Western Men's and Women's Masters

Cheer on Westside FC in the Western Men's Masters competition and Coquitlam Metro-Ford in the Women’s Masters

Vancouver BC , September 23 – On September 24 the BC Soccer will host the Canada Soccer Western Men's Masters and Woman’s Masters competitions at the newly renovated Empire Fields which were recently used for the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015.  BC Soccer will be represented by Coquitlam Metro-Ford in the Women’s Masters with Westside FC representing BC Soccer in the Western Men's Masters.

“We are very excited to be hosting the Canada Soccer Women’s and Western Men's Masters this upcoming weekend and we encourage everyone to come out and cheer on all the teams,” said Rob Brown, BC Soccer Board of Director and Vice President of Adult. “There will be some great matches to watch as some of the best over 35 men’s teams and over 30’s Women’s teams in the country will be taking to the pitches at Empire Field.”

The 2015 Canada Soccer Western Men's Masters competition will see the top over 35 men’s teams from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba compete in a round robin format.  The competitions will kick-off on Thursday September 24 with the final matches taking place on Sunday September 27.  For a full schedule and results of the matches please visit: Canada Soccer Western Masters.

The 2015 Canada Soccer Women’s Masters competition will see the top over 30’s women’s teams from British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Manitoba in a two group round robin format.  The top teams from each group will then play the final’s on Sunday September 27.  For a complete schedule, list of teams within each group and for results please visit: Canada Soccer Women’s Masters
