BC Soccer Issues Request for Proposals for Official Apparel and Equipment Partnership

As a key piece of the on-going growth and development of both soccer in the Province and the BC Soccer brand, BC Soccer has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to acquire an Official BC Soccer Partner for Apparel (including Uniforms) and Equipment, effective Spring 2026.

 

The RFP aims to identify and select a single (1) Official Partner capable of outfitting, equipping and strategically supporting BC Soccer across its key programs and services. This includes all aspects of: Player, Coach, Match Official, Club development and education initiatives, as well as member services.

 

BC Soccer’s goal is to work with a Partner that is prepared to significantly invest in and support the sport of soccer in British Columbia, as the organization enters a re-envisioned and pivotal period for the sport's growth and advancement in the lead-up to 2026 and beyond.

 

The key dates for this Request for Proposal are listed below:

  1. Issue Date: November 17, 2025

  2. Deadline for Questions: November 28, 2025 – 16:30 PST

  3. Proposal Submission Deadline: December 17, 2025 – 16:30 PST

  4. Shortlist Notification: January 12, 2026

  5. Presentations/Interviews: January 19–23, 2026

  6. Anticipated Partner Announcement: February 23, 2026
