BC Teams Leave it all on the Pitch at 2025 National Championships

From October 8th to 13th, British Columbia sent teams across Canada to compete in the Canada Soccer 2025 National Championships. From Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island to Kamloops, BC, the best amateur teams from across the country competed for National Titles. 

 

St.John's, Newfoundland & Labrador was home to the Men's Amateur Championship- Challenge Trophy and the Women's Amateur Championship- Jubilee Trophy. Port Moody SC represented BC on the Men's side and finished in 7th Place. Gorge FC Team Sales were the BC representative on the women's side and finished in 3rd place, bringing home a bronze medal. 

 

The U17 Boys and Girls Nationals were hosted in Kamloops, BC. On the Boy's side, North Vancouver FC were victorious in the bronze medal match to finish in 3rd place. Kamloops United finished strong with a win to land in 7th place. On the Girl's side, both Lakehill FC and Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC gave it their all but ultimately finished in 12th and 10th respectively. 

 

Charlottetown, PEI was home to the U15 Boy's and Girl's National Championships. On the Boy's side, Vancouver Athletic FC ended the competition with a win on penalty kicks to finish in 7th place. On the Girl's side, Okanagan FC put up a strong effort, but ultimately finished in 4th place. 

 

BC Soccer would like to thank and congratulate each and every team that represented BC on the National stage. The hard work, commitment and professionalism from every player, coach and administrator is never overlooked. It takes that kind of dedication to make soccer so special in British Columbia.
