An exciting showcase of talent at the 2023 League1 BC Finals: A Historic Day for Women's and Men’s Soccer at BC Place.

The stage is set, the anticipation is palpable, and soccer enthusiasts are bracing themselves for an unforgettable day of soccer as the 2023 League1 BC Finals kick off at BC Place on August 5th, 2023. This prestigious event will feature four formidable teams competing for glory in two exciting matches, marking the second year of the league finals and the first time the grand finale will be hosted at BC Place, Vancouver's iconic stadium.

Both matches will be streamed live on TELUS Optik TV (Channel 1993) and L1BC’s YouTube channel.

Women's Match: Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. Unity FC - 1 pm 

The Women's match promises to be an exhilarating clash between two skilled and determined teams - Whitecaps FC Elite and Unity FC. Both teams have shown their mettle throughout the league season, and this final showdown will undoubtedly be a fitting culmination of their efforts. With experienced players showcasing their prowess and rising stars eager to shine on the big stage, this game is bound to captivate the audience. 

Men's Match: Victoria Highlanders FC vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC - 4 pm 

Victoria Highlanders FC takes on Whitecaps FC Academy in the Men's match at 4 pm. The Men's final promises an intense battle between these two strong teams, each eager to etch their name in the annals of League 1 BC history. 

Highlanders FC, with their spirited supported group, will be buoyed by the opportunity to showcase their skills against the formidable talents of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. 

Grand Finale for the second season of League1 BC 

The 2023 League1 BC Finals are a landmark moment for soccer in the region, with BC Place hosting the grand finale for the first time.
