Oversees the operations of the organization, connecting the Board of Directors, the staff team, and all its members and stakeholders to ensure BC Soccer remains at the forefront of promoting soccer excellence, inclusivity, and safety across British Columbia.
Oversees the BC Soccer Brand and the execution of all BC Soccer Sanctioned Competitions
Oversees the execution of all BC Soccer Competitions while coordinating the logistics and delivery of key events and activities. This includes offering support to BC representatives at National competitions.
Manages the implementation of the BC Soccer Communications Plan which includes all web development and content creation.
Leads the execution of BC Soccer’s technical development strategy, including the monitoring, control, and assessment of all soccer programs.
Manages the operation and coaching of the Provincial Program and delivers additional GK development.
Coordinates Club Licensing requirements up to U13, oversees Female Player & Coach Development Initiatives. While also being a Provincial Program coach.
Coordinates the implementation of referee courses and the administration related to various referee development programs.
Manages the operating systems in the administrative process in order to coordinate all Coaching and Referee Courses
Coordinates Club Licensing requirements at all levels and oversees various club support initiatives, such as grants and scholarships.
Oversees the operation of the BC Soccer Premier League and scheduling of the Premier Cup.
Oversees all Financial Planning & Reporting, Risk Management & Insurance and all Administrative Functions.
Responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable and all Financial Data Entry.
Manages the functionality of the BC Soccer Office, Member Engagement and all Governing Documents.
Handles all Permits for Player Registrations, Travel Applications and other General Inquiries.
Leads governance-related procedures, membership compliance, and ensures adherence to BC Soccer’s bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies.
